The challenge

Philippine payroll means computing SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions, withholding tax, and day-type and holiday rates correctly every cutoff, then producing BIR forms. Attendance, leave, overtime, and official business requests also need approval before payroll can use them. When that lives in spreadsheets and paper forms, HR spends its time collecting inputs, and employees ask HR for every payslip and leave balance.

Our solution

In SalarioX Core, HR keeps employee 201 files, sets schedules and pay rules, and runs payroll through a four-step wizard that applies Philippine contribution and tax tables and holiday rules, routes the run for approval, exports bank files, and publishes payslips. Employees use SalarioX One on the web or on iOS and Android to time in and out with a PIN, file requests for multi-level approval, and see payslips and loans.

Used by Philippine employers, including groups of companies under one mother company: HR and payroll staff, payroll approvers, and owners in SalarioX Core, and employees and their approvers in SalarioX One.
