NexDesk: helpdesk ticketing system for companies in the Philippines

NexDesk is a multi-company helpdesk and service management system. Support teams handle tickets, dispatch, and billing in one console, and each client company gets its own branded portal where employees raise tickets or customers book services.

The challenge

Service teams take requests through messaging apps, email, and web forms, then have to follow each one through assignment, on-site work, billing, payment, and feedback. When that work is spread across companies, departments, and spreadsheets, it's hard to see who is assigned and what is still unpaid.

Our solution

NexDesk puts the whole service request lifecycle in one system: ticket queues by status, issues with priorities, work items, resource dispatch, payments, expenses, a service catalog, and reports. Each client company gets a branded portal, either for internal ticketing, where employees file tickets and supervisors approve them, or for booking, where customers pick a service and time slot and upload proof of payment.

Used by Philippine organizations that run helpdesk, IT support, or field service work: administrators, support agents, dispatchers, and department staff in the console, and client employees, supervisors, and customers in the portal.

FAQ

Questions about NexDesk

Is NexDesk software or an outsourced helpdesk service?

NexDesk is software. Your team runs the helpdesk in the NexDesk admin console, and your clients or employees use a branded portal to submit and follow their requests.

Can NexDesk serve several companies, each with its own portal?

Yes. Companies are grouped under a mother company, users get access per company, and each client company gets its own portal with its logo and name.

How do customers or employees submit and track requests?

In an internal ticketing portal, employees use My Tickets to file a request, incident, problem, complaint, or inquiry with photos and follow it until it's completed, and each ticket goes to the department that owns the issue. In booking mode, customers follow their bookings in My Bookings.

Can customers book services and choose a schedule?

Yes. In booking mode, customers sign up with a +63 mobile number, choose a service, pick a time slot from your operating hours, and upload proof of payment.

What checks does NexDesk apply as a ticket moves along?

Before key status changes, NexDesk checks that the ticket is ready. For example, a resource must be assigned before work starts, and the balance must be settled before the ticket is completed.

Can customers rate the service?

Yes. When a ticket is completed, the requestor can rate the service on a five-point scale.

Is NexDesk web-based?

Yes. The admin console and the customer portal both run in a web browser, and the portal works on phones, so there's no app to install.
